Hart Design provides web design and development services. Project scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are defined in individual project proposals provided to each client before work begins.

project ownership

Upon full payment, you own all custom code, content, and design assets created for your project. You are free to host, modify, or migrate your website as you see fit. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

payments

Payment terms are outlined in your project proposal. A deposit is required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion and before the website goes live. Monthly maintenance fees, if applicable, are billed on the first of each month.

revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds as described on our pricing page. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges, which will be communicated in advance.

client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing content, images, brand assets, and timely feedback needed to complete your project. Delays in providing materials may affect project timelines.

limitation of liability

Hart Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied after using all included revision rounds, we will continue to make reasonable adjustments or provide a refund as outlined in your project agreement.

termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If you terminate before completion, payment is due for all work completed to that point. We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated.

changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
