Founded by Chef Elena Reyes, Coastal Kitchen was born from a simple belief: the Pacific Ocean offers everything we need to create extraordinary food. After training at some of the world's finest kitchens — from Copenhagen to Tokyo — Elena returned home to Redondo Beach with a mission.
Every dish celebrates the bounty of the California coast. We partner with local fishermen, organic farms, and artisan producers to bring you ingredients at the peak of freshness. Our menu changes with the tides and seasons — because the best food is always what's right in front of you.
